  Registered Nurse, Debbie Lytle, opened the first Amazing Grace Assisted Living Home in 2012 with the goal of providing residents and their families with superior Assisted Living Care.


Amazing Grace Assisted Living Homes are licensed Assisted Living Facilities by the State of Florida.


 All six locations offer a private six-resident Assisted Living Home that is fully staffed with a certified and highly experienced caregiving team.

  • With 30+ years experience as a Registered Nurse in Palm Beach County Debbie knows the ins and outs of healthcare in Palm Beach
  •  Amazing Grace Assisted Living Facilities are family owned and operated  with 6 locations in Palm Beach County.
  •  We have 3 locations in West Palm Beach located 1 mile west of I-95 and Forest Hill Blvd. 
  • The fourth and fifth location are in Palm Beach Gardens adjacent to Ibis.
  • Sixth Location in Wellington
