• Seamless Therapy Integration: We don't just let our residents sit in bed. We actively coordinate with your local home-health physical and occupational therapists, encouraging daily prescribed exercises and safely reinforcing their rehab goals between sessions.
• RN-Directed Wound & Post-Op Care: Healing skin and surgical sites require an expert eye. Our founder, RN Debbie Lytle, oversees all post-operative care, actively monitoring for signs of infection and ensuring proper, accelerated healing.
• Nutritional Recovery: Healing requires proper fuel. We replace uninspired hospital food with nutrient-dense, delicious, home-cooked meals tailored to specific post-surgery dietary requirements to rebuild strength and immunity naturally.
